As the dedicated team at Project Solution Home Services, we recently took on an extensive Home Remodeling Service project in Carmichael. We were tasked with the challenge of raising an existing floor to the same level as the rest of the home. To solve this, we built an effective framework below the raised floor, using 2x4s for added stability. We were then able to align the home’s subfloor structure, solving the floor elevation issue while ensuring a consistent, sturdy support system.
Our efficient and practical approach not only rectified the problem, but also improved the home’s overall structural strength and aesthetics. With the framework in place, we’re now ready to install attractive laminate flooring to further enhance the house’s appeal.
